Return & Refund Policy

At Called For A Purpose, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@calledforapurposeco.com

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If your claim is approved, we'll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Returns

Returns must be approved before they are sent. Do not send items back without contacting us first. Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided once your return request has been approved.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet begun. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled because it is custom-made.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or business days for the refund to appear in your account.
